It’s about slowing down, reconnecting, and finding your footing again, with support.

This month’s Tuesday coaching calls are designed to help you feel seen, steadier, and less alone as you move into the new year. Each call blends reflection, conversation, and community support in a way that’s gentle, honest, and deeply human.


🗓 January Coaching Call Schedule

Tuesdays at Noon PT | Live on Zoom + Replay Available

Week 1: Connection + Check-In — Where We Are Right Now
A welcoming, grounding call to reintroduce ourselves. Each member will have a few minutes to share how they’re actually doing — one challenge, one hopeful thing — and be met with encouragement and care. No fixing. Just being seen.

Week 2: Balance Without Burnout
We’ll explore how to balance life and expectations in a way that fits your real capacity — not someone else’s version of balance. This conversation builds on a December call that members found especially meaningful.

Week 3: “My Kid Is Doing This… Help.”
Bring a real-life parenting situation you’re navigating. Together we’ll offer support, perspective, and normalization — focusing on grounding and connection rather than perfection.

Week 4: Motivation When You Feel Stuck or Paralyzed
For anyone facing hard or uncomfortable things and feeling overwhelmed or frozen. We’ll talk about why motivation disappears under pressure and how to take small, steady steps forward without shame.
